Premier League Arsenal vs Manchester City 1 - 1 Saturday 29 March 2014

Manchester City were held by Arsenal from moving to the top of the table. ManCity looked on course after taking an 18-th minute lead through David Silva, but Arsenal showed great resilience and commitment to claim a draw through second half goal by Arsenal's Mathieu Flamini.

Manuel Pellegini's side stay in third place, but will have two games in hand over their rivals.

Chelsea's Premier League title challenge suffered a setback as Crystal Palace boosted their survival chances with a 1 - 0 win.

A second half own goal by Chelsea captain John Terry settled the game. Crystal Palace played at a quicker tempo and displayed greater quality. They could have easily won by a bigger margin.

Premier League Manchester United vs Aston Villa 4 - 1 Saturday 29 March 2014

Wayne Rooney's double helped Manchester United to come from behind and beat Aston Villa 4 - 1 in a game marked by protest against United manager, David Moyes.

An plane carrying an anti-Moyes banner was booed by some some fans when it appeared. Its message, which read - "Wrong One - Moyes Out". The banner was flown above the ground two minutes into the premier league match.

Ashely Westwood's curling free kick put Villa ahead but Rooney scored twice before half time, with Juan Mata and Javier Hernandez adding further goals

Premier League Liverpool vs Sunderland 2 - 1 March 26 2014

Liverpool continued their winning run in Premier League to keep pressure on Chelsea and Manchester City for the title race.

Goals by Steven Gerrard and Daniel Sturridge helped Liverpool gain a 2 goals lead.
Sturridge's goal meant that he and Luiz Suarez have now both scored 20 league goals this season.

Arsenal vs Swansea City 2 - 2 - 25th March 2014

Mathieu Flamini's 90th-minute own goal denied Arsenal a superb comeback win over Swansea as Wenger's misery continues.

Arsenal's Barclays Premier League title hopes suffered a setback after Mathieu Flamini's late own goal in the 2nd half stoppage time ensured Swansea a 2 -2 draw.

Manchester Derby 25 March 2014 - Manchester United vs Manchester City 0 - 3

Manchester City cruised to an easy victory against rivals Manchester United with the brace of Dzeko, who scored two goals in a 3 - 0 win at Old Trafford.

United has been encouraged by excellent wins over Olympiakos in Champions League second leg and West Ham United, but Dzeko needed only 43 seconds  to put Man City ahead in the 150th league derby.

It was another miserable night for United manager David Moyes and nothing seems to be going right for him.

Liverpool Beat Cardiff 6 - 3 As Liuz Suarez equalled Robbie Fowler's Record

Man of the Match, Luis Suarez scores a hat-trick and equalled Robbie Fowler's 28-goal record for Liverpool. Liverpool are now being considered as a Premier League title contenders.

Cardiff twice tool the lead but Liverpool was simple excellent for Cardiff attack.

Liverpool showed their title credentials, pulling a stunning victory after a sloppy start.

Manchester City Thrash 10 Man Fulham 5 - 0 As Yaya Toure Scored A Hat-Trick

Man of the Match, Yaya Toure scored a hat-trick as Manchester City thrashed Fulham 5 - 0 marking their dominance again and to keep the Premier League title race on.

The Ivorian midfielder scored twice from the penalty spot and hit a spectacular 25 yards to take his total goals to 20.

Arsene Wenger 1000 match. Chelsea Crushed Arsenal By A Record 6 - 0

At Stamford Bridge where Arsene Wenger began the day celebrating his 1,000th match in charge of Arsenal. The day was a nightmare for Arsenal as they suffered a humiliating 6 - 0 defeat at the hands of Chelsea.

Wenger took the full responsibility of the defeat.

Chelsea's manager, Mourinho left the game early and avoided Wenger. Chelsea wrote this win as a record by scoring their biggest ever win over their London rivals.

Chelsea are unbeaten at home under Mourinho for the last 76 games.

After scoring an amazing goal on Saturday, Wayne Rooney's modest response was simply = "I wouldn't say that it's my favorite".

But when asked if his was better than Beckham's, Rooney said - 'Of course'

Goal by Gods - Wayne Rooney Superb Goal Against West Ham 22 March 2014

Premier League - One of the most entertaining and exciting league in the world, witnessed one of the best goal by Wayne Rooney.

Rooney was just inside the West Ham half, more than 50 meters from West Ham goal, when he smashed the ball high into the air which flew over West Ham goal keeper Adrain, bounced once and ended into the back of the net.

This goal evoked the memories of the David Beckham's famous strike from the half line against Wimbledon in 1996 (video linked below).  David Beckham was also present in the stadium to watch this superb goal.

This goal is definitely a contender for Goal of the Season.
